Application Process
Applicants will need to complete the online application form on this website. Applicants from outside the United States will use the same form.
Application Deadline
FIRE School of Ministry receives applications at any time. Accepted students may begin classes during any month of the year.
Application Requirements
All applicants must meet the following requirements to receive consideration for admission:
- Applicants must live in accordance with godly principles, as stated in the School Catalog’s Student Commitment to Excellence.
- Applicants must have completed High School via diploma or GED (or graduated with an equivalent level of education in another country).
- Age: Applicants must be at least 17 years of age by the first day of the term in which they wish to enroll.
- Applicants must complete the online application, including a $25 nonrefundable application fee.

Tuition and Fees
- Tuition: $85 / credit hour
- Registration Fee: $30/ Academic Quarter
Total Costs
The Associate in Practical Ministry requires 60 total credit hours. If the student completes the program in two years, the average cost of Tuition and Fees each three-month Quarter would be $668.
The total cost of Tuition and Fees for completing the Associate in Practical Ministry degree in two years would be $5,340. After their first year (30 credit hours), students can also earn the Certificate in Practical Ministry. FSM estimates students will spend on average $10-$20 on textbooks per credit hour.
Part-time
Students may take classes at their own pace. Part-time tuition remains the same per credit hour. The Registration Fee also remains the same for each three-month Quarter the student registers for classes.
